Rochester Museum & Science CenterDescriptionThe unique, world-class collection of over 1.2 million Regional History, Anthropology, Natural Sciences, and Archives objects has formed the basis of the interpretation of the Rochester region to the public for 90 years! It is also used by researchers from all over the world on a regular basis. It is a precious resource that we hold and preserve in trust for the people of this region, but we are only able to display a small part of the full collection at any one time in our exhibit galleries.
Getting ThereThe RMSC's Museum & School, Auditorium, and Strasenburgh Planetarium are located at 657 East Avenue in Rochester, NY.
To get here, take route 490 and get off on the Monroe Avenue, Goodman Street, or Culver Road exit.
