Surely, the Center Building is the place where many visits start. Here you will find Discovery Room with more than 50 hands-on exhibits and the administrative offices. You can begin your walk on our five miles of hiking trails here. Around the building are special plantings of prairie and woodland wildflowers. We also have a butterfly - hummingbird garden. Anв don't forget about the Gift and Book Store that has the wider supply of books and bird related merchandise of our two stores.
The next place you are to visit is the Farm. It is really the site of many special events. Cows, pigs, horses, chickens, turkeys, sheep, goats and barn swallows can all be found here if you come at the right time. The sugar bush, organic garden, herb garden and access to the trails are here. You will also find many special agriculture related gifts at the shop.
