Grandfather's Garden Bed & Breakfast

Grandfather's Garden House welcomes you to stay in one of its completely private suites. In each suite you will find private full bathes, central air-conditioning, internet connectivity and feather beds. All you need is around you. From both suites you can observe beautiful breathtaking views of the historic neighborhood's renovated homes and gardens.

Relax on the wrap-around porches under the gentle breezes of the ceiling fans or in the private limestone courtyard. Read a book, take a cup of tea and have a nice day.

Enjoy the comfortable living room and den. Grandfather's Garden House is situated in downtown Dayton in Dayton's earliest platted neighborhood. We are quite close to the Dayton Convention Center, The Victoria Theatre, The Benjamin and Marian Schuster Center for the Performing Arts, RiverScape and 5/3 Baseball Field (home of the Dayton Dragons). The house is also one block from fine dining establishments, casual dining and enjoyable taverns and entertainment. A short drive will take you to the U.S. Air Force Museum and Kettering's musical amphitheater, Fraze Pavilion.

So, staying at Grandfather's Garden House is both relaxing and interesting!
