 I want to tell you something about our vacation rental house in Bend, Oregon. We call it Juniper Jewel. It is a newer 2-bedroom, 2-bath house in west Bend which has views of Mt. Bachelor, yet is just a couple of miles west of downtown Bend. This cozy and clean vacation rental house, built in 2002, has a hot tub, air conditioning, and a large back yard deck as shown in our House Photo Tour.

This architectural one-of-a-kind floating house is only minutes from downtown Portland’s stylish Pearl District and gourmet everything. But here on the Multnomah Channel (just off the Willamette River) you’ll enjoy peace and quiet, views of Mt. Hood, a veritable parade of different boats on a daily basis and an array of fishing and bird watching opportunities right off the back deck. Shop for your fresh produce on Sauvie Island and cycle this flat agricultural preserve and you’ll think you’re in rural Provence.

 Our family vacation home is located 3 miles south of Newport, Oregon in a quiet coastal community. The house is situated on a large lot and is completely surrounded by trees. A path (approximately 200 feet) through the forest, leads to an expansive oceanfront view. From this cliff, you can view spectacular sunsets, whales, and miles of sand and surf. Easy, paved, private beach access is only a 7 minute walk away. Parking is also available.

 There are a lot of places you can visit, but this place is particular. This duplex in a trendy area of North East Portland with shopping and transit just walk around the block. It's a great place for family or friends, which ever, this is a great duplex at a great affordable price. The back yard is wonderful on summer evenings. You can get to Portland State University/Down town by bus in 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Less by car.

 The Key-Sea Koast House is owned by Oregon Author Ken Kesey. The home decor is eclectic, and all amenities are included. There is something for everyone including tea on the patio, books, games, bicycles, picnic supplies, and sports equipment. Take your pick of activities - or just relax with one of the many good books.

 You'll feel yourself like at your own home.This Duplex is in a treed neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The people accross the street are part of a vegitable growers co-op, and the guy two houses over mows his lawn every other day. The unit is very efficient in the winter and cool in the summer, due to the trees. There is a detatched garage for all your stuff or a workshop. Light Rail (MAX) is just a brisk walk away, and right around the corner is the bus stop that will take you Down Town Portland in 30 minutes. If you drive it takes less then 15 minutes.
