You can enjoy private visits with our seals, sea lions, sea otters and seabirds in a naturalized setting. Indoors, our four large exhibit galleries plus “Passages of the Deep” are also yours to explore, from Sandy Shores to Coastal Waters. Volunteers are on hand to answer questions about the exhibits and animals.

DirectionsFrom Portland, take Route 18 west to U.S. Hwy 101. Follow U.S. Hwy 101 south through Newport, across the Yaquina Bay Bridge. Turn left onto 32nd Street. At the "T", turn left onto SE Ferry Slip Road. The Oregon Coast Aquarium is straight ahead on the right, just north of the Aquarium Village shops. (Approximately 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours depending on traffic and time of year).
From Portland, take I-5 south to Corvallis. From there, take Hwy 20 west to U.S. Hwy 101. Follow U.S. Hwy 101 south through Newport, across the Yaquina Bay Bridge. Turn left onto 32nd Street. At the T, turn left onto SE Ferry Slip Road. The Oregon Coast Aquarium is straight ahead on the right, north of the Aquarium Village shops. (Approximately 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours depending on traffic and time of year).
