Sandcastle Water ParkDescriptionSandcastle Water Park is located in the Pittsburg suburb of West Homested along the banks of the Monongahela River. The park features 14 water slides (3 of them speed slides), a "lazy river," one regular pool, one wave pool, a hot tub, a quarter-mile go-kart track, and an area of water slides and water attractions designed specifically for children. The Blue Tubaluba is the only closed slides in the park. The blue, partly translucent slides let riders experience the water thrills of misters, waterfalls, and total darkness along two 450-foot long slides before landing in a 4-foot deep pool. Sandcastle Water Park also has an entertainment complex called The Sandbar and a marina.
