Houston Attractions
 Space Center Houston is practically the most popular attraction in the Houston area, because it's unique - there's nothing like it in the world. It is the project of the combined attempts of NASA and Disney Imagineering. Guests of the Space Center will find plenty of exhibits, interactive displays and simulations.

 This museum is operated by a funeral firm. It holds the vast collection of funereal artifacts, marks the history of funeral services, demonstrates historic hearses and collects memorabilia from funerals of the famous people, such as Dwight Eisenhower, Martin Luther King Jr., John F. Kennedy and Elvis Presley.

 This park holds 545 acres of land and is located just beyond the Museum District. The parkland is rich with wood and has an 18-hole open course, picnic areas, and playscapes. Also it features Japanese garden and Miller Outdoor Theater, which often arranges plays and musical performances.

 The Museum of Fine Arts of Houston is famous for its wonderful Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art. The enormous collection of the museum also includes Baroque and Renaissance art, Pre-Columbian, Oceanic, and African art.

 A 22,000-gallon tunnel with a breathtaking view of underwater reef flora and fauna is the main point of this famous aquarium that also runs a preservation program including young green sea turtles. A trip to The Dallas World Aquarium can be a unique education experience or an in-depth study of the wildlife and conservation.

 The tropical rain forest in the inner part of a huge glass pyramid, finished with waterfalls, cliffs, butterflies, birds, fish and, the last purchase, bats, is the feature of this enormous educational center which has two other pyramids, a pool, beach, spa and even hotel!

 Visitors can tour the famous aircraft carrier of days of World War 2, today a floating museum since its retirement after 48 years of work, a more containing tour than any other ship in the U.S. Navy. The 16-story "Blue Ghost" presents military artifacts and more than a dozen aircraft, and tourists can explore the boat, watch a video, and play a flight simulation.

 This historic place expands on the 227 acres and contains one of the nation's biggest collections of Art Deco buildings. Built in 1936, Fair Park is marked as a National Historic Landmark. Fair Park features an amusing list of museums involving the African American Museum, Age of Steam Railroad Museum, Dallas Museum of Natural History, The Science Place and many more.
