George S Eccles Dinosaur Park

Description

The 6-acre George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park, located near the mouth of Ogden Canyon, displays life-size reproductions of more than 100 prehistoric creatures from the Cretaceous and Jurassic periods. The smallest creature is about the size of a turkey and the enormous tyrannosaurus rex is 30 feet high, 49 feet long, and weighs about 7 tons. Special sound effects like crashing trees and earth moving footsteps make your visit as realistic as possible. Dinosaurs are so real, that you almost feel their hot breath on your neck...
