The OutpostDescriptionThe Outpost is quite big and comfortable cedar shingle cabin featuring log ceilings and knotty pine walls throughout. The living-room centers around a fireplace, made from natural stone. There are three bedrooms and two full baths on two levels. There is also a dining-room and a kitchen, staffed very well. Also there are game-room, complete with board games, and three terraces.
If you go there spring and summertime, you will spend your time exploring the great outdoors around Harper's Ferry, but from late fall through the winter more time would be spent in the living room, as well as in the cabin's gameroom downstairs.
Cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and all the necessary. There is a gas grill outside.Washer and dryer are available in the utility room.
Also there are wide library of books and videocassetes for the case of bad weather. The cabin is a great place for most family activities.
