Historical River ToursDescriptionMost exciting guided whitewater trips down the historic and scenic Shenandoah River! You’ll challenge "Bull Falls" and the "Staircase" as you move past Harpers Ferry National Historic Park and the famous C&O Canal. This is a historic area. This trip proposes something interesting for everyone! Beginners can choose to paddle in one of 6-man rafts, with an experienced guide. An awesome upgrade to a "duckie" is offered. It is small, fast, single person inflatables which is easy to drive.
No experience is needed to take one of these boats down the river. When you receive all the necessary instructions from the trip guide before start, you’re free to paddle "private sports car" down the river. You’ll know how to surf Bull Falls, "eddy out" and "brace". It is really one of unforgettable experiences!
